Nine Six Three specializes in business consulting, offering services such as strategy, marketing, branding, and growth consulting tailored to your needs.

2. Engagement and Scope of Services

Upon engagement, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the business consulting scope, timelines, and deliverables. Additional services require a new agreement and pricing adjustments.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly, and engage in the consulting process to achieve the best outcomes.

4. Payments and Fees

Payment terms are outlined in each proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of business consulting services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality for all client business information and will not disclose it without consent unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All work and recommendations remain the property of Nine Six Three until full payment is made, at which point they may be used for internal business purposes.
